Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease 12 disposable chopticks and set aside.
Unroll tube refrigerated pizza dough. Cut into 12 even strips on the long side.
Wrap each strip in a spiral around a chopstick leaving dough on both ends to shape a tail and head. Pinch one end to create a tail. Flatten the other end to create a head.
Brush spiraled strips with olive oil and sprinkle body with poppy seeds and cheese blend and tails with sesame seeds.
Cut black olives into small triangles and place on the head of each snake for the eyes.
Bake on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
Carefully remove breadsticks from chopticks when the chopsticks are cool to the touch.
Serve warm with a "cauldron" of warm marinara sauce.
