French 75 Cocktail Recipe

Photo updated December 31, 2021

Social distancing has me spending time with friends virtually. Group chats and “happy hours” via Zoom, Duo or WebEx have become quite common. Usually I just bust out a bottle of wine. However, for my most recent virtual happy hour, I wanted something a little classier.

If a French 75 is on the menu, I will usually order at least one. The last time I had a French 75 was just a few weeks ago in at SoBou in New Orleans. It just so happened to be one of their happy hour cocktails and it was delightful! I decided to make this my star cocktail for my Friday night virtual happy hour. I miss being able to hang at a bar with friends and traveling, but for a short moment this cocktail took my away.

Check out my IGTV video of me walking you through the recipe!
