There is something about Spring that makes me want to sit outside and sip on a cold margarita…. on the rocks. Let’s be clear, I am not a frozen margarita gal. To me there are two types of people- those who want their margaritas frozen and those who want it on the rocks. Nothing wrong if you like frozen but on the rocks just does it for me.
There are so many variations to the margarita. This recipe is a simple classic margarita. The basics… no frills. In the video below, I talked about the 3-2-1 ratio which is the best way to remember this recipe. I also suggest squeezing a bunch of limes in advance so you can have the juice ready to go for multiple margs!
